It has a structure capable of serving its customers in all procedures involving trademarks, patents, industrial designs, software, copyright and violations against industrial secrets.

The firm’s litigation operates throughout the national territory and before all the courts, including the purpose of measures to the Superior Courts. Before the Federal Court, the firm acts in actions that discuss the cancellation of industrial property titles.

Graduated in Law from FIEO University Center and Postgraduate in Business Management in Services from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Association of Lawyers-AASP and Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property – ABPI.
